Benjamius Harper, was walking down to the entrance to the Ministry Of Magic , music playing 'Barry Bonds' by Kanye West and Lil Wayne was filling his ears thanks to his ipod. He had just gotten off the plane and was instantly apperated to the Entrance by his Uncle Kingsley who had gave him instructions to go to the Minister's office. He never thought he would be meeting the first appointed female Minister. He walked to the offices and after alot of run around her found the secretary.
"I'm Ben Harper to see the Minister."He said trying not to giggle at a whole country that sounded like Mary Poppins.

Lily was rushed off her feet. She had not been in the post of Minister for a term and things were getting busy. She walked out of her office to stratch her legs when she saw someone talking to her secretary. "Mr Harper?" she questioned. Lily had completely forgotten they had an appointment. Well...no rest for the wicked, so it seemed.

"Minister Potter."Harper said looking at the young but authoritative Minister. He could see she was just swamped with work. He took out his earplugs and turned off his ipod as he entered her office.
"That's me, its nice to meet you, Ma'am."

James Potter appearated infront of the secretary's office. He was right on time as he was told to go on into the office where he saw his beautiful wife who was entertaining a young black boy.
"Benjamaius Harper?"He said smiling at the boy who looked out of place. "I'm James Potter, headmaster of Hogwarts. I see you've met the Minister and wife."
He walked over and took a seat next to Lily.

"Wife?"Harper said looking at his Headmaster and Minister. He started to remember what Uncle Kingsley said about the meeting. He smiled as he shook his head.
"So, my entire future depends on you two."He thought outloud

Lily smiled brightly as she took a seat and James had arrived. She nodded at Harper and confirmed, "Yes, wife." Lily then ssaid, "Basically yes." Lily felt now a little more nervous about the position of Minister. It still hadn't quite sunk in how she was catering for the Wizarding World.

Ben looked at his new Headmaster and the Minister. He knew that they why he was there.
"Ok, well, you know why I'm here and what I am so lets get this over with."He said

"We know you're Kingsley's nephew and we know you're a wereolf but we need to make sure putting you at Hogwarts is the best idea."
James pulled out a manilla folder with the name 'Harper, Benjamaius Knightly'.
"Well, lets see what we have here, Lil"James said as he began reading the file. He was impressed as he said his thoughts out loud.
"Top of the class.....Active...... Very powerful but rarely uses wand....Parents were murdered by Greyback....werewolf who can transform at will?"He exclaimed looking at Harper. "You're a werewolf who can control his transformations? Extraordinary"
He walked over to side.
"Minister may I speak with for a second?"He asked Lily.

Lily took a look at the papers that James had with him. The thing that stuck out at her was the things James had commented on. That he could change by will. Was that such a good thing? Wouldn't it be slightly dangerous to have Haper at Hogwarts, if he lost his temper or something? "Of course." Lily said and got up and joined James over at the side.

"The boy can change at will, he's powerful, he's been at Salem and they never knew he was a werewolf until recently. His test scores are high and you look great by the way."James said. "I want him there, he could help Lupin with his 'furry problem'...What do you think?"

Harper leaned forward as he looked at Mr and Mrs Potter discussing him. He could hear every word they were saying and he wasn't even trying. He placed his hands over his ears to block it out.

"James, keep you mind on the work." she told him, sporting a small blush. "There's now doubt that he is intelligent. His exam marks are great. And you know I have no problems with werewolves....but James...don't you think it's a bit risky to have one that can transform at will. What if something happened?"

"I know but we could probably have some sort of restraining spell like the muggle pill Ritalin."James suggested as he remembered he was here on business. "He's done some great things and lost so much... To think that Greyback got away and is still missing. Kingsley vouches for him, says he's always in control."

Lily stood in silence and eventually nodded. "Ok...if Kingsley says he's reliable and he seems to be sensible enough....we'll give him the spot at Hogwarts." She knew that everyone deserved a chance to prove themselves.

Ben looked up at the couple when he heard them stop talking. He stood up and facing them feeling like he was on trail. He took a deep breathe and looked at them.
"Listen I understand how much of a danger I am at your school but I want you to know that I have never lost my temper and I'm not planning on looking for Greyback. I just want to finish my education and be a doctor."He said looking at them.
