"I would prefer to talk to him alone for at least a little bit, if I fail in that then I will see if Adolphe wants to help me out." he said to her as he looked at his half empty cup. "Besides, it might seem more of an....Adult conversation if it is One on One." he said to her.

Matt nodded, "Treat them like adults they will begin to act like adults." he said to her, "But of course that isn't always a good thing." he said, "especially when they are younger, makes em forget to have fun." he said, "that is what happened with us when we were younger." he said to her.

"We didn't get our chance but i've never stopped the boys. Remind me to show you some photo's you will laugh at some of the stuff they've gotten up to." Zara told him. "I made sure that their childhood was nothing like mine."

Matt nodded, "It was nothing like mine I can guarantee it." he said to her, "You didn't kick them out of the house." he said to her as he smiled. "at least i hope you didn't" he said to her as he took a long drink of his coffee, emptying it.

"No i didn't kick them up but neither di I isolate them and murder their other parent in front of them." Zara told him. "I've never spoke to them about our past or anything at school. they ddon't know how lucky the really are."

Matt nodded, "I would rather they not learn about our past until they are ready to learn about it." he said to her, "Even if it would help Rhys understand why" he said to her, "I don't want them to learn about what I did." he said quietly.

"Matt you did not do what you did because you wanted to." zara reminded him as she finished her coffee. "Like I've said before....it was my fault you got involved in the first place."

Matt looked at her, "Zara, I did what I did because I love you." he said to her, "Always have always will. I turned Hogsmeade... Just so I could make our family safe for us and to be with you again." he said to her, "But that didn't happen.. At least not in the way we expected." he said to her.

"If I could turn back the clock matt I would." Zara told him. "i wouldn't have asked you to get involved. And we're out of it now. It's been years, no one had seen hide nor hair of him."

Matt nodded, "It is one of the main reasons I came back here." he said to her, "He hasn't been back for 16 years, he even stopped hunting me 4 years ago." he said to her "At least his followers did." he said to her, "I think that either he died or the death eaters killed him." he said as he looked down at the stump of his arm that should of held the dark mark. "But I admit that it has been nice." he said to her.

Zara slowly lifted the sleeve to reveal her mark. But it had changed looking more now like a horrible scar than anything else. "I agree. Not having to look over my shoulder has been great. I don't see anything to fear anymore now he's gone."

"I do" he whispered, "It is nice to not have much to fear anymore." he said to her as he looked at her and smiled. "We should pry get back home." he said to her, "I don't want St. Mungos to worry." Matt said.
